We collect information directly from you, and a small amount automatically:

• Contact and project details — when you fill in our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Scheduling details — if you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you selected, under Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location from IP address) that our hosting provider (Vercel) collects for security and performance, not for tracking individuals.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell visitor data of any kind. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking scripts on this site.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To schedule and prepare for a booked call.
• To send you a proposal, quote or follow-up related to work you asked about.
• To meet legal, accounting or security obligations where required.

We never use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we never sell or rent your information to third parties.

We keep enquiry and project details for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver any engaged work, and meet reasonable business and legal record-keeping needs — typically no longer than a few years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email sales@tocalworks.com and we'll action your request within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't store sensitive data like payment card details on our own systems.

This website is intended for businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
